Damage Liability
Marshall Media & Design can not be held responsible for damages that
occurs during transportation of your media to us. We highly recommend providing us
with a copy of the media rather than your original. Protect your precious photos
with the proper packing materials. We recommended you ship using a reliable shipping
company. We will do the same when sending the final product back to you. We have
never had any problems with damaged orders when care is used in packaging and shipping.
Corrections
Marshall Media & Design makes every effort to maintain the highest levels
of quality in our work. We treat every order as if it were for our closest friends
and family, and we want you to be happy with our work. On the rare chance that you
discover a problem with your DVD (e.g., spelling error, photo out of order, etc.)
we will work with you to correct the issue. If you discover something like this,
you should contact us immediately to get it resolved. We want you to be satisfied!
Copyright Liability
It’s your responsibility as the client to ensure that you are
in compliance with copyright law. The job order includes a signed confirmation that
you are authorized to use all photographs and musical works to be used in the creation
of your photo slide show on DVD. Marshall Media & Design is not responsible for verifying
this information, and will not be held accountable.
